                                                       Tuesday ,  25th March 2014;

  8:50: Meeting in the lobby of Northstar Hotel. Transfer to the Darıca Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi (It takes 10 minutes by bus).

 

 09:15 – 10:15: The opening speech was made by Ayşe ATİLLA,

                                 This week's program was introduced ,

                             Giuliana spoke about the BlueR CD, and Turkish team said  that every group loaded all the documents on their web page ,so we don't have to load them on the european web page again .We are going to give a link to our web page instead of loading them  there again.

         Beginning of the presentations.

                                     The presentation which was entitled "Amber-Gold of Lithuania" was presented by Lithuanian students. 

                             The presentations which were entitled "The Danube-Ipoly National Reserve" and "The Danube-Drava National Reserve" were presented by Hungarian students.

 

 10:15 – 10:45 :Break Time

 

  10:45 – 11:15:  Maria who is a teacher from Spanish team presented a gallery of the photos and videos of the previous meetings .

                       While teachers were interested in this subject, a video shoot which was entitled "Are there any similarities between bridge and language ?" was done together with all the students. Here is the video;

 

 

 

  11:15 – 12:15:School Tour  for students  and

             The workshop  about  the art of  Turkish marbling  for teachers;

Turkish art teacher Sabiha BAYINDIR showed us how to do it . Edita from Lithuanian team and Andrea from Hungarian team tried to do it . While we were leaving the class ,she gave all the participants book separators as a present.

          

  12:30 – 13:30 :Lunchat school (Traditional Turkish Food)

 

  13:30-15:00; All students went out to visitDarıca Zoo accompanied by Selçuk ŞEN.

                              All  teachers stayed at school to talk about the new project ;

Our coordinator explained us that;

The project is part of the new Erasmus+ programme  K2 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS.

In addition we are asking you to

- say if you are available to host a meeting/workshop.

Further information

- on the basis of the numbers of partners there will be 4 - 5  meetings

- on the basis of the number of partners the number of mobilities will be calculated (max fund for mobilities over 2 years: €46,000)

      -We  can hypothise 9/10 mobilities for each partner

On occasion of each meeting 

-A theme workshop will be organized  and each workshop will be fundamental to the structure of the project

- In the project there will be the involvement of teachers, students, ICT experts, etc.

Before submitting the project to our NA

- as soon as we receive the confirmation of your participation, we´ll prepare the scheme of the mobilities (from which there will automatically appear the budget for the mobilities of each partner) we will forward you for the definitive approval

- after that we´ll send you the complete summary, objectives, motivations, etc (synthatecally attached hereby)

Submit

- by April 30

- the submitting is made by the coordinator/us to our NA

Notice:
This project is a Strategic Partnership for schools only and the funding will be sent to each partner by their NA and will be handled directly.

After the submitting

-  we´ll send everybody the complete file of the project with its code.

 

  15:00-15:15; End of the seminar. Giving certificates to those teachers and students involved in this mobility and the TV interviewwas made. Here is it; 

 

Then we left the school and went to the hotel to rest for a while.

  20:00-22:00 Dinner  at Sahil Sofrası                                 

                                      Wednesday ,  26th March 2014;

  8:30 : Meeting in the lobby of the Northstar Hotel.Transfer to Istanbul.

 

  9:30-10:30:Panoramic view of Istanbul and Bosphorus from Çamlıca Hill

 

  11:00-12:00: Visiting Dolmabahçe Palace  ( only Harem ) 

 

  12:30 – 13:50 : Boat trip around Bosphorus (from Kabataş to Ortaköy)

 

  14:00-15:00 : Lunch and Shopping at Ortaköy

 

  15:30-16:30 : Walking along the Taksim Square( It takes an hour)

                              Visiting Saint Anthony kilisesi on Istiklal Caddesi

  19:30 : Dinner  in Üsküdar

 

  21:00: Departure from Istanbul

 

                        Thursday ,27th March 2014,

 

8:30 :  Departure from the hotel     9.30-10:30 :Miniatürk     Then our guests  left their language to their  new hotel ( Konak Mangana Hotel ) in Istanbul .    13:00 – 14:00Lunch at Sultanahmet     14:00 – 14:30Visiting Sultan Ahmet  Mosque     14:30 – 15:00Visiting Hagia Sophia Museum     15:15 – 16:15 Visiting Topkapı Palace&Museum     17:00-17:30 Visiting Basilica Cistern     Then turn back to hotel for a rest.     19:30-22:00 Farewell Dinner in Kumkapı
